This site introduces products that are under development or in the concept stage. Unless an individual product explicitly links to and adopts this policy, the policy does not describe the complete practices of an unreleased product, an account-based application, or a future mobile app. Those products will require appropriate privacy notices before collecting user information. 2. Information we process
Information you send voluntarily: If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever information you include in your message or attachments. Please avoid sending sensitive health information, children's personal information, or account credentials by email.

We do not operate our own website visitor account database or contact-submission database.
Not collected by this marketing site: The site does not ask you to enter payment details, create a user profile, or connect a Garmin, Hevy, or other wearable account. The illustrations shown are examples, not displays of visitor data.

8. Upcoming fitness products and potential Garmin connections
Separate policy: Fitness Assistant’s current test features, connected fitness records, AI processing, and user rights are described in the Fitness Assistant Privacy Policy. This marketing website does not process connected fitness information.
Our Fitness Assistant project is under development. We are exploring authorized connections to fitness providers, potentially including Garmin Connect, subject to the relevant provider's approval and a product launch. This marketing website does not connect to Garmin Connect, request Garmin permission, or receive Garmin account, activity, location, or health data.
If an authorized fitness integration becomes available in a Running SaaS product, we intend to explain the data requested, purposes, applicable service providers, retention and deletion controls, and how consent can be withdrawn before the integration collects data. Examples of information a future fitness application might request with your authorization include workouts, activity summaries, training metrics, heart rate, sleep information, or routes, depending on the permissions and features actually offered. These examples are not a claim that this website collects that data today.
We do not represent an affiliation with or endorsement by Garmin. Garmin Connect and Garmin are marks of their respective owner.
9. Children's privacy
Some products described here are being designed for children, but this website is intended for adults, including parents and guardians, looking for information about our business. It does not provide child accounts, child-directed forms, or a public game. We do not knowingly solicit personal information directly from children through this site. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it. Any future children's application will require its own age-appropriate privacy design and disclosures before launch.
